Ms. Sue C. Swisher, Esq. handles all matters relating to probate and decedent's estates. This includes court supervised probate administration, trust administration, as well as estate planning. Ms. Swisher focuses her practice to issues of inheritance and distribution of decedent's assets after death. Ms. Swisher represents and is designed to counsel administrators/executors in probate administration; trustees in trust administration; surviving spouses in spousal property petitions; and all other matters that involve assets of a decedent.

In the area of estate planning, Ms. Swisher assists clients in effective ways to avoid probate after their passing. There are different documents required for a complete estate plan. A potential client will receive a consultation to discuss their estate planning needs. Depending on the needs of each individual client, a recommendation is made regarding the best plan for their estate with the goal to save the client and their family’s time and money.

Ms. Swisher has been practicing in the area of probate law for over seventeen years. She completed her undergraduate studies at California State University, Fullerton, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Ms. Swisher graduated from Taft University, School of Law, where she then also served as Faculty for first-year law students.

Ms. Swisher is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and is a probate attorney certified to practice in California courts and in the United States District Court, Central District of California.
