Michael Green is a pragmatic attorney that has developed a solution-oriented approach to protecting client interest in Business Law, Civil Law and Family Law matters.  In 1996, Michael earned his law degree from George Mason University School of Law with an emphasis in contract litigation, and began representing public entities in California on matters involving union contract negotiations and employment law.   

Over the years, Michael has successfully represented a variety of businesses and individuals in complex legal cases, resulting in positive outcomes for clients. As a CISSP-certified attorney, Michael has inhouse experience as a data protection officer, incident response counsel, and global privacy program compliance counsel to provide legal and cybersecurity guidance to his clients. Michael also has extensive experience in dependency law, successfully representing clients though litigation involving domestic violence, substance abuse, and complex injury cases.
