Jing Cao, Esq.
Jing Cao brings an international perspective to Business Law and Civil Law, with extensive experience in both U.S. and international legal systems. After earning her law degree with an emphasis on International Economic and Trade Law from Dalian Maritime University in China, Ms. Cao pursued advanced studies at Tulane Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana, specializing in Maritime Law.
While at Tulane, Ms. Cao was awarded the Harry F. Stiles, Jr. Scholarship and served as a guest editor for the Tulane Law Journal. After graduation, she passed the New York Bar Examination and became a member of the New York Bar Association in 2010. She is currently admitted to practice in both California and New York, as well as before the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals.
Drawing from her work with both local and international enterprises, Ms. Cao provides clients with informed and practical guidance in Business Law matters, including cross-border transactions and commercial disputes. Her background allows her to bridge cultural and legal differences effectively — an asset for clients navigating complex international or civil lawsuit issues.
