Sue C. Swisher is an experienced probate law attorney who handles all matters relating to Probate Law and decedents’ estates. Her practice includes court-supervised probate administration, trust administration, and estate planning. As a dedicated probate attorney, Ms. Swisher focuses her work on issues involving inheritance, asset distribution, and the orderly transfer of decedents’ estates.
She represents and counsels administrators and executors in probate administration, trustees in trust administration, surviving spouses in spousal property petitions, and clients in all other matters involving the assets of a decedent.
In the area of estate planning, Ms. Swisher assists clients in developing effective strategies to avoid probate and ensure the efficient transfer of their assets. She provides personalized consultations to assess each client’s estate planning needs and recommends tailored solutions designed to protect their interests and minimize costs for their families.
Ms. Swisher has been practicing in the field of Probate Law for two decades. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and received her Juris Doctor from Taft University School of Law, where she later served as a faculty member to educate first-year law students. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and is a probate attorney certified to practice in California courts and in the United States District Court, Central District of California.
